Really nice premier inn, staff were ready and waiting on front desk to check me in and all was explained what was available should I want it.great position as lots of shops and bits all around to explore and plenty of parking
Heating noisy, room needs updating. Bed comfy, but duvet too hot and heavy for me.

Look, its a reasonable hotel, but the shower was rubbish and room temperature was not controllable. The staff seem to have too many roles. They always looked real busy. Was surprised not to see the self checkin robot.
Stayed here before good location and plenty of facilities close by, parking on site as part of the shopping centre. Staff were all lovely and friendly, one change is that the brewers fare has now gone although they still have a small bar and restaurant on site serving residents only i think, cosy and still good food. Rooms are clean and slightly dated but i think these are undergoing an upgrade as the builders are in .

A huge shoutout to Danielle for going above and beyond during my 1 week stay. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, approachable, and professional. She washed my Tupperware upon check-in so they wouldn’t sit unwashed in my room all week. Danielle also kindly did 2 loads of clothes washes for me, thoughtfully separating my delicates to ensure they weren’t damaged in the dryer, and even returned my clean, dry clothes to my room. Her attention to detail and genuine care made a big difference in my stay. Exceptional service like this deserves recognition- thank you, Danielle! :)
